Dr. Jeffrey Amsden, DC
Dr. Jeffrey Amsden, DC, is a Colorado State Board licensed Doctor of Chiropractic. He and his wife Paula moved to Colorado Springs from San Francisco in January 2001. He practiced with a few different colleagues in town before opening Amsden Chiropractic in June 2003.
Dr. Jeff is a board member of the El Paso County Chiropractic Association, an active member of the Colorado Chiropractic Association, and is an instructor at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs. He is also an Eagle Scout.
Dr. Jeff is an avid athlete and has recently completed two Leadville 100 mountain bike races. He has used these races to help raise funding for his mother Marilyn Amsden's cancer research at the University of California, San Francisco. Click here to learn more the fundraiser.
Dr. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. While at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, he received the award for Clinical Excellence.
Dr. Jeff lives in Colorado Springs with his wife Paula and their daughters Malia and Ava. He enjoys basketball, soccer, hiking, mountain biking and skiing.
