How Many Adjustments Will I Need? This varies with each patient, their specific condition, and their individual health goals. Many patients have instant relief, while most achieve progress within a few visits. However, in some chronic patients, treatment can take several months. Other factors that attribute to the success of your treatment are: nutrition, exercise habits and your follow-thru of the doctor’s treatment plan (home stretching, frequency of visits, etc.)
It is common for patients to continue with wellness care on a regular basis after treating a specific condition. Regular Chiropractic treatments can help identify and treat symptoms before they become serious.

Do I Have To Undress? No. You may undress to your comfort level. Keep in mind that your privacy is always protected. The therapist will leave the room for you to undress beforehand and dress afterwards. Your body is covered with sheets, except for the area that is being worked on.
HYDRATE!! Drink lots of water before and after your massage. Massage releases the toxins in your soft tissue and water helps to flush those out of your system and re-hydrate your body. Caffeine and carbonated drinks prevent proper re-hydration from taking place.
